HICAP Volunteer Coordinator
The HICAP Volunteer Coordinator provides primary support for, and supervision of, HICAP volunteers including recruitment, training, and technical assistance. Duties include completing intensive training to become a registered HICAP Counselor to provide counseling, information and advocacy regarding Medicare related issues to Medicare beneficiaries. Must have supervisory experience, good organizational skills and be able to work successfully with diverse personalities. Must be able to understand and clearly communicate complex information. Excellent computer skills required. This is a 20-hour per week benefited position. Deadline: Feb. 3, 2010.
