Certified HICAP Counselors provide free, confidential, individual counseling including Medicare Counseling,
Health Insurance Counseling,
Long Term Care Insurance Counseling, and
Medicare Fraud.HICAP provides free information and counseling regarding Medicare Drug Plans including: Medicare Drug Coverage, Medicare Drug Plans for People with Medicare and Medi-Cal, Medicare Drug Plans and Retiree Plans and Extra Help to Cover Medicare Drug Plan Costs.
HICAP provides Speakers/Presentations and Publications for Medicare and Health Insurance education in the community.
HICAP information is objective. HICAP does not sell insurance or endorse any specific insurance company.
