The Volunteer Coordinator/Outreach Specialist responsibilities include conducting marketing and community outreach activities to promote awareness of Long Term Care Ombudsman Program (LTCOP); recruiting & recognition of volunteers; informing LTCOP Manager of issues that arise at long term care facilities; working with residents and families; general office duties.
