The A1AA contracts with local agencies to ensure that an array of services is available to older adults in Del Norte and Humboldt Counties. Contracts are awarded through a competitive bid process every four years. As part of its responsibilities the A1AA annually monitors the Contracted Service Provider's program and fiscal performance.
