Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) Exercise Class

SAIL is an evidenced based exercise class. This means that it has been proven to be a safe and effective way to boost strength and conditioning.

SAIL now offers in-person classes at three locations as well as Zoom classes five days a week, Monday through Friday.
