Volunteer Driver Program
Transportation for health care needs can be a challenge. The Volunteer Center of the Redwoods is here to help with its Volunteer Driver Program. Volunteers will drive those who are age 50 and older or disabled to and from health care appointments. Passengers must reside in the Eel River Valley within the Loleta, Scotia, Ferndale and Carlotta circle or the Eureka area within the Loleta, Bayside, Freshwater and Manila circle.
