Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) Exercise Class

SAIL is an evidenced based exercise class. This means that it has been proven to be a safe and effective way to boost strength and conditioning.

For the safety of our instructors and participants, in-person classes have been cancelled until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are offering online classes over Zoom to currently enrolled participants only, but hope this changes soon.

A1AA contracts with Phoebe Smith, a licensed physical therapist who also works at Mad River Home Health. Smith serves as the instructor, mentor and supervisor of the volunteer SAIL instructors.
