Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) Exercise Class

SAIL is an evidenced based exercise class. This means that it has been proven to be a safe and effective way to boost strength and conditioning.

For the safety of our instructors and participants, most in person classes have been cancelled until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are offering classes on Zoom and one in person class in Ferndale.

A1AA contracts with Phoebe Smith, a licensed physical therapist who also works at Mad River Home Health. Smith serves as the instructor, mentor and supervisor of the volunteer SAIL instructors.
